Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity conducted through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. These rules are set out within the Platform and must be read before placing any wager. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular activity.

The following general principles apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the Platform's published rules at the time the bet is placed. Subsequent changes to rules do not affect existing bets unless stated otherwise.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Platform's records shall be the primary point of reference. We maintain detailed transaction logs and these are used in the resolution of all disputes.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed or abandoned will be settled in accordance with the void bet policy applicable to the relevant sport or market.

Bonuses & Promotions

2888rs may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives to registered users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus and promotional activity unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited as non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry of that period if requirements remain unmet.
• Minimum odds or stake conditions may apply to bets that qualify towards meeting wagering requirements. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold or on excluded games will not count.

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

2888rs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, failure to pass KYC verification, suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity, or as required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account and its funds will be restricted until the investigation is complete. We will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate with the user via their registered email address where it is permissible to do so.

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances not derived from prohibited conduct will be returned to the user via their verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to the Platform.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the user's verified payment method within the standard processing period.

Limitation of Liability

Amendments to These Terms
